Method
- Cut cheese into bite-sized cubes and place in a large bowl.
- Add salami and green olives to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, pepper, and chili flakes.
- Pour marinade over cheese mixture and toss gently to coat.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours.
- Stir once before serving and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Use firm cheese so it holds shape while marinating
- Best flavor develops after overnight marination
- Adjust salt carefully olives and salami are salty
- Add roasted peppers or artichokes for variation
