Ingredients
  

  • 2 large eggs separated

Method
 

  1. Separate egg whites and yolks.
  2. Whisk yolks with milk, vanilla, and flour.
  3. Beat egg whites with sugar until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold whites into yolk batter.
  5. Spoon batter onto low-heat pan.
  6. Cover and cook until set.
  7. Flip carefully and finish cooking.
  8. Serve immediately.
