Method
- Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat.
- Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
- Stir in diced tomatoes and seasoning.
- Add cabbage, cover, and cook until tender.
- Remove from heat and top with crushed Fritos.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Add cheese or jalapeños if desired
- Keep Fritos separate for leftovers
