Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes 14.5 oz
  • 1 small head cabbage chopped
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups Fritos corn chips lightly crushed

Method
 

  1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet; drain excess fat.
  2. Add onion and garlic; cook until softened.
  3. Stir in diced tomatoes and seasoning.
  4. Add cabbage, cover, and cook until tender.
  5. Remove from heat and top with crushed Fritos.
  6. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Add cheese or jalapeños if desired
  • Keep Fritos separate for leftovers
