Method
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Slice cabbage into thick steaks.
- Mix melted butter, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Brush cabbage steaks generously on both sides.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with optional toppings.
Notes
- Do not slice cabbage too thin
- Add cheese in last 5 minutes if using
