Ingredients
  

For the Dish
  • 3 cups 375 g all-purpose flour
  • 1 packet 2 ¼ tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 cup 240 ml warm water
  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
Garlic Butter Topping:
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ tsp salt
Optional Add-Ins / Toppings
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Shredded mozzarella
  • Italian seasoning
  • Extra Parmesan

Method
 

  1. Activate yeast in warm water with sugar.
  2. Mix in flour, salt, and olive oil; knead dough.
  3. Let rise until doubled.
  4. Shape into knots and place on tray.
  5. Bake 15–18 minutes; brush with garlic butter.
