Ingredients
  

For the Dish
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • ¼ cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
Optional Add-Ins / Toppings
  • Dried cranberries
  • Raisins
  • Pumpkin seeds
  • Coconut flakes

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Stir in oil, honey, and vanilla.
  4. Spread mixture on baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Cool completely before storing.

Notes

  • Allow granola to cool for crisp clusters.
  • Add dried fruit after baking.
  • Store in airtight containers.
