Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and grease baking dish.
- Blanch green beans and drain.
- Mix soup, milk, soy sauce, and seasoning.
- Combine green beans with the mixture.
- Transfer to baking dish and add half onions.
- Bake for 25 minutes.
- Add remaining onions and bake 5–10 minutes more.
- Cool slightly and serve.
Notes
- Store in fridge for up to 4 days
- Add topping fresh when reheating
- Use fresh beans for best texture
- Add cheese or bacon for variation
- Don’t overbake
