Method
- Add green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese (if using), garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor.
- Blend until mostly smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
- With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil until the dip reaches a creamy, spreadable consistency.
- Add black pepper and blend briefly to combine.
- Transfer to a bowl and chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Drain olives well to avoid a watery dip
- Use high-quality feta for best flavor
- Avoid adding salt; olives and feta are naturally salty
- Add fresh herbs or chili flakes if desired
