Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup green olives pitted and drained
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • 1 small garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 –3 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

Method
 

  1. Add green olives, feta cheese, cream cheese (if using), garlic, and lemon juice to a food processor.
  2. Blend until mostly smooth, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. With the processor running, drizzle in olive oil until the dip reaches a creamy, spreadable consistency.
  4. Add black pepper and blend briefly to combine.
  5. Transfer to a bowl and chill for 20–30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Drain olives well to avoid a watery dip
  • Use high-quality feta for best flavor
  • Avoid adding salt; olives and feta are naturally salty
  • Add fresh herbs or chili flakes if desired
