Method
- Preheat oven and cook pasta.
- Sauté onion and garlic.
- Cook ground beef until browned.
- Add tomatoes, sauce, and seasoning.
- Mix in pasta and sour cream.
- Transfer to baking dish.
- Top with cheese and bake 20–25 minutes.
- Cool slightly and serve.
