Method
- Preheat oven to 350°F and line baking tray.
- Mix wet ingredients until smooth.
- Combine dry ingredients separately.
- Mix wet and dry, fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough and flatten slightly.
- Bake 10–12 minutes and cool.

- Store in fridge up to 5 days
- Freeze dough for later
- Add nuts for crunch
