Ingredients
  

  • 8 lamb chops
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Honey Garlic Glaze
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • ½ tsp dried thyme

Method
 

  1. Season lamb chops evenly.
  2. Sear lamb in hot skillet until golden; remove.
  3. Add butter and garlic; sauté briefly.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and thyme.
  5. Return lamb to pan and glaze until glossy.
  6. Rest briefly and serve warm.
