- Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes.
- Pour the honey glaze into the skillet.
- Spoon the glaze over the salmon while it cooks.
- Continue cooking for 3–4 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
- Remove from the pan and drizzle extra glaze before serving.
