Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Optional Add-Ins / Toppings
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Fresh parsley chopped
  • Sesame seeds
  • Lemon slices
  • Fresh dill

Method
 

  1. Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and garlic.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place salmon skin-side down and cook for 4–5 minutes.
  5. Pour the honey glaze into the skillet.
  6. Spoon the glaze over the salmon while it cooks.
  7. Continue cooking for 3–4 minutes until the salmon flakes easily.
  8. Remove from the pan and drizzle extra glaze before serving.

Notes

• Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
• Add chili flakes for a spicy version.
• Use fresh salmon for the best texture.
• Serve with rice or vegetables for a balanced meal.
• The glaze can be prepared ahead of time.
