Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb chicken breast
  • 12 oz pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • Parmesan cheese

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta until al dente and set aside.
  2. Season and cook chicken until golden.
  3. Sauté garlic, add honey and pepper.
  4. Stir in cream and broth, simmer gently.
  5. Add pasta and chicken, toss and serve.

Notes

  • Add chili flakes for spice.
  • Use whole-wheat pasta if desired.
  • Reheat with a splash of milk.
