Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz pasta penne, rotini, or fettuccine
  • 1 lb chicken breast or chicken tenders sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream or milk
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt to taste
  • Red chili flakes optional

Method
 

  1. Cook pasta in salted water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet and cook chicken until golden and cooked through; remove from pan.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic briefly, then add honey, pepper, and soy sauce or broth.
  4. Lower heat and stir in cream and Parmesan until smooth and creamy.
  5. Return chicken to pan, add pasta, and toss until fully coated.
  6. Adjust seasoning and serve hot.

Notes

  • Use freshly cracked pepper for best flavor
  • Add chili flakes for hot honey chicken pasta
  • Reserve pasta water to thin sauce if needed
  • Best served fresh
