Method
- Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line pan with parchment.
- Mix graham crumbs and butter; press into pan.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and cocoa powder; mix gently.
- Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla.
- Add eggs one at a time.
- Pour over crust and smooth top.
- Bake 40–45 minutes until edges are set.
- Cool completely, then chill 3–4 hours before slicing.
