Ingredients
  

  • Crust
  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup cocoa powder
  • 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C). Line pan with parchment.
  2. Mix graham crumbs and butter; press into pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add sugar and cocoa powder; mix gently.
  5. Stir in melted chocolate and vanilla.
  6. Add eggs one at a time.
  7. Pour over crust and smooth top.
  8. Bake 40–45 minutes until edges are set.
  9. Cool completely, then chill 3–4 hours before slicing.

Notes

  • Chill fully for best texture
  • Avoid overbaking
