Ingredients
  

  • 1.5 –2 lbs chicken tenderloins
  • 1 cup tomato sauce or marinara
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes optional
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: sliced bell peppers onions, mushrooms, fresh parsley

Method
 

  1. Season and optionally sear chicken tenderloins.
  2. Place chicken in crockpot; add garlic, sauce, and optional veggies.
  3. Cook LOW 4–5 hours or HIGH 2–3 hours.
  4. Stir in fresh herbs just before serving.
  5. Serve with pasta, rice, or bread.

  • Searing is optional but enhances flavor.
