Method
- Heat oil and sauté onion and garlic.
- Add carrots and celery; cook 5 minutes.
- Pour in broth and seasonings; simmer 10–12 minutes.
- Add pasta or chicken and cook until tender.
- Stir in parsley and lemon before serving.

- Store up to 4 days.
- Add broth when reheating if needed.
- Skip pasta if freezing.
