Ingredients
  

  • cups all-purpose or 00 flour
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • teaspoons salt

Method
 

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water and let it foam.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil; mix to form dough.
  3. Knead until smooth and elastic.
  4. Let rise until doubled in size.
  5. Divide, rest, and stretch into pizza bases.

Notes

  • Longer fermentation improves flavor.
  • Do not over-flour while kneading.
  • Let dough rest if it resists stretching.
