Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground chicken or beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 green onions
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup Korean BBQ sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 –2 tbsp sriracha

Method
 

  1. Mix meatball ingredients gently.
  2. Shape into meatballs.
  3. Bake until cooked through.
  4. Simmer glaze ingredients.
  5. Toss meatballs in glaze and serve with dip.

Notes

  • Adjust spice level easily
  • Best served warm
