Method
- Sauté onion and garlic in olive oil.
- Add ground meat and cook until browned.
- Stir in herbs, cool slightly, then mix with eggs and milk.
- Layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with butter.
- Add filling and top with remaining sheets.
- Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes until golden.
Notes
- Keep phyllo covered while assembling.
- Let pie rest before slicing.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
