Ingredients
  

For the Dish
  • 1 lb ground chicken or pork
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • ΒΌ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • 2 tbsp chopped fresh mint
  • 2 tbsp chopped cilantro
  • 1 tbsp toasted rice powder
Optional Add-Ins / Toppings
  • Butter lettuce leaves
  • Sliced cucumber
  • Extra lime wedges

Method
 

  1. Cook ground chicken until browned.
  2. Stir in fish sauce, lime juice, sugar, chili.
  3. Add toasted rice powder.
  4. Fold in herbs and onion.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust lime and fish sauce to taste.
  • Add herbs after cooking for freshness.
