Ingredients
  

  • cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • 24 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • ¾ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ½ cup lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp lemon zest
  • 3 egg whites

Method
 

  1. Prepare and bake crust.
  2. Mix cheesecake filling and bake until set.
  3. Chill cheesecake completely.
  4. Cook lemon layer until thick.
  5. Top with whipped meringue and toast lightly.
