Ingredients
  

  • Zest of 4 lemons
  • ¼ cup black pepper
  • 2 tbsp sea salt

  2. Dry zest completely by air-drying or oven-drying at low heat.
  3. Grind dried zest into a fine powder.
  4. Mix with pepper, salt, and spices until evenly blended.
