Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz linguine
  • 1 lb shrimp
  • cups corn kernels
  • 1 zucchini sliced
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Salt & pepper
  • ¼ cup Parmesan
  • Fresh basil

Method
 

  1. Cook linguine until al dente.
  2. Sauté shrimp and set aside.
  3. Cook corn, zucchini, and garlic.
  4. Add pasta and shrimp to skillet.
  5. Toss with pasta water and season.

Notes

  • Add lemon for brightness
  • Swap herbs as desired
  • Best served fresh
