Ingredients
  

  • 4 large russet potatoes diced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Sauté onion and garlic in butter.

  3. Blend partially for creamy texture.
