Method
- Melt butter and sauté onion and celery until soft.
- Add seafood stock and bay leaf; simmer gently.
- Stir in cream and milk over low heat.
- Add lobster and seasonings.
- Warm gently without boiling.
- Remove bay leaf and serve hot.
Notes
- Keep heat low once cream is added
- Add lobster at the end for tenderness
