Method
- Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into pan and chill.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix gently.
- Fold in Lotus spread and whipped cream.
- Pour over base and smooth top.
- Chill 4–6 hours until set.
- Pour warmed Lotus spread on top before serving.

- Chill overnight for best results
