Ingredients
  

  • 200 g Lotus Biscoff biscuits
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup Lotus Biscoff spread
  • ½ cup heavy cream whipped
  • ½ cup Lotus Biscoff spread for topping

Method
 

  1. Crush biscuits and mix with melted butter. Press into pan and chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; mix gently.
  4. Fold in Lotus spread and whipped cream.
  5. Pour over base and smooth top.
  6. Chill 4–6 hours until set.
  7. Pour warmed Lotus spread on top before serving.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for best results
  • Warm topping gently for smooth finish
