Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly sauté or blanch cabbage; drain well.
- Mix cream, eggs, garlic, seasoning, and cheese.
- Spread cabbage in greased baking dish.
- Pour cheese mixture evenly over cabbage.
- Top with extra cheese if desired.
- Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
- Rest briefly before serving.
