Ingredients
  

  • 1 small head green cabbage chopped
  • cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly sauté or blanch cabbage; drain well.
  3. Mix cream, eggs, garlic, seasoning, and cheese.
  4. Spread cabbage in greased baking dish.
  5. Pour cheese mixture evenly over cabbage.
  6. Top with extra cheese if desired.
  7. Bake 35–40 minutes until golden and set.
  8. Rest briefly before serving.

Notes

  • Drain cabbage well to avoid excess moisture
  • Adjust cheese blend to taste
