  • For the Bars:
  • Unsweetened shredded coconut
  • Coconut cream or thick coconut milk
  • Almond flour optional
  • Keto sweetener
  • Coconut oil or melted butter
  • Vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • For the Chocolate Coating:
  • Sugar-free dark chocolate
  • Coconut oil

Method
 

  1. Mix coconut, cream, sweetener, and vanilla.
  2. Shape into bars or bites.
  3. Freeze for 15–20 minutes.
  4. Melt chocolate with coconut oil.
  5. Dip chilled bars into chocolate.
  6. Chill again until set.

Notes
