Ingredients

  • 1 pizza dough ball 12-inch
  • ½ cup crushed San Marzano tomatoes
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 8 oz fresh mozzarella sliced
  • 6 –8 fresh basil leaves
Optional Add-Ins / Toppings
  • Red pepper flakes
  • Freshly grated Parmesan
  • Extra virgin olive oil drizzle

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 475°F.
  2. Stretch dough into 12-inch round.
  3. Spread tomatoes evenly.
  4. Add mozzarella slices.
  5. Bake 10–12 minutes and top with basil.

  • Use high heat for best crust texture.
