Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz fresh mozzarella balls
  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • ½ teaspoon red chili flakes
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional fresh herbs

Method
 

  1. Drain and dry mozzarella balls.
  2. Mix olive oil, garlic, herbs, and seasoning.
  3. Add mozzarella and toss gently.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for 2–24 hours.
  5. Bring to room temperature before serving.

Notes

  • Flavor improves overnight
  • Add olives or peppers for variation
  • Serve with toothpicks for easy eating
