Method
- Season chicken on both sides.
- Sear chicken in oil until golden; remove.
- Sauté garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Add cream and broth; stir gently.
- Mix in parmesan and herbs.
- Return chicken and simmer until cooked through.
- Garnish and serve warm.
Notes
- Add broth if sauce thickens too much
- Adjust herbs to taste
