Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 lb potatoes
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup milk

Method
 

  1. Boil potatoes until tender; mash with butter and milk.
  2. Mix meatloaf ingredients gently.
  3. Divide mixture into greased muffin tin.
  4. Bake at 375°F for 22–25 minutes.
  5. Top with mashed potatoes and serve warm.
