Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz mushroom ravioli
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil or butter
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¾ cup cream or vegetable broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook ravioli according to package instructions.
  2. Sauté mushrooms until golden.
  3. Add garlic and spinach; wilt gently.
  4. Stir in cream or broth and cheese.
