Ingredients
  

  • Crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter melted
  • Filling
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp pumpkin spice
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Topping
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • ½ tsp sea salt

Method
 

  1. Mix crust ingredients and press into pan; chill.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla.
  4. Mix in pumpkin and spices.
  5. Fold in whipped cream gently.
  6. Spread filling over crust.
  7. Chill 6–8 hours until set.
  8. Top with salted pecans before serving.

Notes

  • Chill overnight for best texture
  • Add pecans just before serving
