Ingredients

  • 2 apples diced

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
  2. Mix oats, milk, eggs, sweetener, butter, and seasonings.
  3. Fold in diced apples.
  4. Pour into dish and bake until set.
  5. Rest briefly and serve warm.
