Method
- Sear diced chicken in olive oil.
- Add garlic and seasoning; cook briefly.
- Stir in BBQ sauce and honey.
- Add rice and broth; mix well.
- Cover and simmer 18–20 minutes until rice is tender.

- Keep skillet covered while simmering.
- Adjust sweetness to taste.
