Ingredients
  

  • For the Donuts:
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 8 Oreo cookies crushed (with filling)
  • For the Glaze:
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 –3 tablespoons milk
  • 4 Oreo cookies finely crushed (for topping)

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in crushed Oreos gently.
  5. Spoon or pipe batter into donut molds, filling each about ¾ full.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  8. Mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Dip cooled donuts in glaze and sprinkle with crushed Oreos.

Notes

  • Do not overmix batter to keep donuts soft.
  • Let donuts cool fully before glazing.
  • Store in airtight container for up to 2 days.
  • Freeze unglazed donuts up to 2 months.
  • Add mini chocolate chips for extra richness.
