Creamy, no-cook overnight oats prepared with simple ingredients and soaked overnight for a quick, healthy breakfast. These make-ahead oats are perfect for busy mornings and easy meal prep.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1 tablespoon nut butter or yogurt optional depending on flavor
  • 1 teaspoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit of choice berries, banana, apple
  • Flavor additions cocoa powder, vanilla extract, or cinnamon

Method
 

  1. Add rolled oats to a clean glass jar or airtight container.
  2. Pour milk over the oats until fully covered.
  3. Add chia seeds and sweetener such as honey or maple syrup.
  4. Stir the mixture well so the oats absorb the liquid evenly.
  5. Add your chosen flavor ingredients or fruit.
  6. Mix gently until everything is evenly combined.
  7. Seal the jar with a tight lid.
  8. Place the jar in the refrigerator overnight or for at least 6 hours.
  9. In the morning, stir the oats again before serving.
  10. Enjoy directly from the jar or transfer to a bowl.

  • Adjust milk quantity if you prefer thinner oats.
