  • tsp salt

  • tsp instant yeast

Method
 

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast; let foam for a few minutes.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil; mix until a soft dough forms.
  3. Knead until smooth and elastic, then rest briefly.
  4. Let dough rise until doubled in size.
  5. Press into oiled pan and allow final rise.
