Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups peaches
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • ½ tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Method
 

  1. Cook peach filling until thick.
  2. Cool slightly and fill wrappers.
  3. Roll and seal edges.
  4. Heat oil to 350°F.
  5. Fry until golden and crisp.

Notes

  • Best served warm
  • Reheat in air fryer
  • Add cream cheese for richness
