Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup fresh peaches diced
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Dice peaches into small pieces.
  2. Mix oats, milk, yogurt, vanilla, honey, and salt.
  3. Stir in peaches evenly.
  4. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  5. Stir well before serving.
  6. Add milk if needed.
