Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional toppings:
  • Banana slices
  • Chocolate chips
  • Chopped peanuts
  • Fresh berries

Method
 

  1. Add oats, milk, peanut butter, chia seeds, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt to a jar.
  2. Stir thoroughly until everything is well combined.
  3. Cover the jar with a lid.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  5. Stir before serving and adjust consistency with milk if needed.
  6. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy.
