Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup active sourdough starter
  • 2 ½ cups flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tsp salt

Method
 

  1. Feed sourdough starter until bubbly and active.
  2. Mix flour, water, and starter into a rough dough.
  3. Add salt and knead until smooth.
  4. Let rise for 4–6 hours or until doubled.
  5. Shape dough balls, rest, stretch, add toppings, and bake hot.
