Pizza Dough Recipe with Instant Yeast

Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 packet 2 1/4 tsp Instant Yeast
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Warm Water

Method
 

  1. Mix warm water, sugar, and yeast; let foam for 5 min
  2. Add flour, salt, olive oil; combine into dough
  3. Knead 8–10 min until smooth and elastic
  4. Cover and let rise 45–60 min until doubled
  5. Punch down and shape; pre-bake if desired
  6. Add toppings; bake at 475°F (245°C) for 12–15 min
