Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes 14 oz
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • ½ tsp sugar

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil over low heat.
  2. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. Stir in crushed tomatoes.
  4. Add salt, pepper, oregano, basil, and sugar.
  5. Simmer gently for 10–15 minutes.
  6. Cool slightly before using.
