Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • cups mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Preheat oven and grease baking dish.
  2. Cut pizza dough into small pieces.
  3. Mix melted butter with garlic and seasoning.
  4. Toss dough in garlic butter and layer with cheese.
  5. Bake until golden and bubbly.

Notes

  • Use room-temperature dough
  • Add herbs or chili flakes if desired
  • Best served warm
