Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 6 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup pumpkin purée
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ¼ tsp nutmeg
  • ½ tsp pumpkin spice
  • Pinch of salt

Method
 

  1. Mix graham crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into pan.
  2. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugars.
  3. Add eggs, pumpkin, vanilla, and spices.
  4. Pour over crust.
  5. Bake until center is set.
  6. Chill completely.
  7. Cut into bite-sized squares.

Notes

• Add caramel or chocolate drizzle for extra flavor
• Use gingersnaps for a stronger fall taste
• Chill overnight for best results
