Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch salt

Method
 

  1. Combine oats, milk, pumpkin, yogurt, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Add spices and mix thoroughly.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
