Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp nutmeg
  • ¼ tsp ginger
  • ¼ tsp cloves
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chunks
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Method
 

  1. Cream butter and sugars; add pumpkin, egg, vanilla.
  2. Mix dry ingredients; fold into wet mixture.
  3. Add chocolate and graham crackers; chill dough.
  4. Scoop onto baking sheets; top with chocolate, crumbs, marshmallows.
  5. Bake 12–15 mins at 350°F; cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Chill dough for easier handling.
  • Add extra chocolate or marshmallow mid-bake for gooey tops.
  • Sprinkle sea salt after baking for flavor contrast.
